During Standard Order Volume (Green) expect a 'Day of' response time via email and 1-2 Day response time via Phone. A Turnaround of 4 - 5 Days from the time payment is received to your Order being delivered is likely.

During Moderate (Yellow) Order Volume expect a response time of 1 - 3 Days and a turnaround of 7 - 10 Days from the time payment is received to your Order being delivered.

During High (Red) Volume Order expect 2-3 Day response time, a 5-7 Day Sample Return and a turnaround of 10 - 14 Days from the time payment is received to your Order being delivered.
