Be On The Move!

......biggest fundamentals of  basketball is moving TO the ball. Many times the player waits or even starts moving away from the ball.

When a pass is coming your way, move to the ball. The defender will be. And if you aren’t, a steal is about to happen.

This fundamental is huge when breaking a press or in a motion offense.

Move to the ball and insure your team retains possession!
