Often, Coaches are concerned about the time frame of getting their Lineup Cards with a Roster. And that is understandable- many times Rosters are set until a week or 2 before the Season starts.

So, let’s knock out the time issue then we’ll discuss how we handle different Roster issues.

Generally, when needing a Roster, we can get your Cards/Charts to you in roughly 5 days. How?

If you order in November, we will build your shell- A Lineup Card or Dugout Chart with all pertinent data but no Roster. When your Roster gets set in January or February, we then build the Roster, insert it into the Card/Chart, print and ship.

We don’t ever guarantee delivery dates. We can only give you generals. But what we can guarantee is that if you order a Roster Card/Chart in November- as soon as your Roster is set, it will be inserted and printed on the same day, under most circumstances.

Another concern for Coaches is players who decide to no longer participate once the Season starts rolling- or you get towards the end of the regular season and need to bump a sub varsity player up for the Playoffs and there’s no room on the Roster.

At GameGrade, we handle those situations in a few different ways.

1-       One of our most popular ways to deal with these issues is to print available jersey numbers but leave name areas blank. Now, if you’re going to move a player up, the jersey number is printed on the Roster, and you can write that player name onto the Roster. If you lose a player, you can simply strike through the name/number on the Roster.

2-       The second most popular way when dealing with these issues is a full Roster with blanks at the end. Here, you can write in a number and a name. This works well when bumping players up as well as if there are any jersey changes throughout the Season.

3-       Another popular Roster style is printing all available jersey numbers with no names. This provides Coaches with a complete list of available numbers all throughout a Season.

For any number/name blanks on a Roster, we can either leave the space blank or we print a line for you to write on.
