Arizona vs Missouri

FRISCO, TEXAS-- TJ Nichols threw 95 pitches in 5 2/3 innings, earning the win against the Tigers. Nichols threw 61 Strikes, 14- 1st Pitch Strikes, and ended his outing with a 64.2 Strike %.

Riley Cooper was first on in Relief of Nichols and tossed 25 Pitches in 1 2/3 inning. Cooper gave up 1 hit and 1 walk while throwing 15 strikes, 5- 1st Pitch Strikes and worked at a 60% Strike rate.

Austin Smith and Preston Price rounded out the relief efforts. In all, the Wildcats ended the game with a 59.1 Strike % with a total of 171 Pitches/9 Hits/10 K's/ and 21 1st Pitch Strikes.

Texas at Baylor

WACO, TEXAS--The Longhorns took 2 out of 3 from the Bears over the weekend with Tristan Stevens capturing the Game 2 throwing 94 Pitches-18 First Pitch Strikes- and a Strike % of 68.1. Aaron Nixon recorded the Save with one inning of work- 14 Pitches and a Strike % of 78.6.

Air Force at Dallas Baptist University

4-18-21

Paul Skenes caught 8 innings, sprinted to the bullpen in the Top of the 9th, and earned the Save on 19 Pitches. 

 Skenes' Fastball was clocked at 97 mph.

DALLAS, Texas—The Falcons of Air Force downed the Dallas Baptist Patriots 5-3 in the weekend rubber match. The Patriots trotted 5 different pitchers to the mound and ended the contest with a Strike % of 65.3. Rhett Kouba got the nod for DBU and ended his outing  with 55 pitches and a Strike % of 70.9. Jared Pettitte was first relief followed by Zane Russell, Kragen Kechely and Peyton Sherlin. As a Staff, the Patriots threw 29 First Pitch Strikes in 144 Total Pitches. DBU Pitchers totaled 11 K’s while allowing 5 Hits, 4 Walks and 1 HP.
